The new Moduline Airflow+ Ventilated holding cabinets

With the new Android app or WebApp, you get access to WiFi features, allowing you to remotely set up, monitor the cabinets, and download your HACCP data. The stainless steel cabinets feature glossy plexiglass on the outside, where you can place a personal image or logo as desired. The internal air transport ensures an even temperature in the chamber, while the heatbox drawer system with water tank adds moisture during the holding process. With two door grilles, you can easily control the humidity level. Moreover, thanks to the long handles and bumpers all around, the cabinets are easy to move.

Cook & Hold

With the Cook & Hold oven, you can slow-cook dishes at low temperatures (+30°C to +160°C), allowing flavors to develop and be preserved optimally. Once the dish reaches the desired doneness, the oven automatically switches to a holding mode. This ensures that dishes are always served at the perfect temperature, without drying out or losing flavor. The ovens are also ideal for overnight cooking.

The Deliwarm system maintains a constant temperature in the oven (both during cooking and holding) through gentle heating without forced ventilation. The electronic controls are intuitive and easy to use, even for less experienced staff.

Combisteamer

Discover the versatility of Moduline's combi steamers. With intuitive electronic controls, optional USB port for recipes and HACCP data, and efficient heat distribution, they offer convenience and quality in every kitchen. Bake, steam, roast, and more with one appliance. Thanks to removable and dishwasher-safe tray guides and an easy-to-clean inner door glass, maintenance is a breeze.
