A removable and interchangeable core probe is available with different diameters and measuring points. The ergonomic handle makes it easy to use and ensures precise insertion at the core of the product being cooked (D and T versions).
Various models of air-condensation extraction hoods are available. These can be ordered as an option and directly wired with the oven, or purchased as an after-market accessory with independent wiring and switch.
The Combi can be recessed into a cabinet with the help of telescopic slides for easy removal in case of intervention (D, DW and T versions and 060 and 061 models). The quenching system can condense all the vapours coming from the vents on the roof of the oven and channel them into the exhaust (T version only).
The keypad lock system with a password provides maximum data protection for the chef and prevents unintentional interruption of the cooking program (D and T versions).
The ProTime system allows you to set the date and time for preheating the oven or starting a cooking program (D and T versions).
The T version has a built-in SD card slot that is ready for memory expansion.
